Q :- How can I place an order for painting ?
A :- Simply you can send me your favorite image soft copy by email or whats app.

Q :- What type of image do you need for painting ?
A :- All I need a sharp, clear and hi-resolution image for sketching / painting.

Q :- Can I send to you hard copy of my image at your studio address ?
A :- Yes, you can send it.

Q :- Can you make all kind of painting such as portrait painting, pencil portrait from picture, reproduction painting, still life painting, animal painting, birds painting, animal face painting, contemporary art, modern paintings, figurative painting, lord painting, pencil sketches, realistic painting, old master copy painting, religious painting etc. ?
A :- Yes we make all kind of painting only on client's request.

Q :- May I see painting progress during the painting period ?
A :- Yes of course, you can see the progress of painting just send us an email with request of painting progress.

Q :- How much time does sketch / painting takes to finish ?
A :- Normally pencil sketch may takes 2 to 4 days for making and oil painting takes time 10 days for finishing but sometime it may takes 20 to 30 days, actually it depend of work's complexity .

Q :- Does it totally hand painted sketch / painting or you use any digital software for it ?
A :- All the sketches / paintings are 100 percent handmade, we respect our client's feelings and feel their importance therefore we don't make any nonsense things, Only manual work you will get,

Q :- Before courier do you send any image of final painting by Email ?
A :- Yes we send final painting image to every clients for their approval, after approval we prepare parcel to courier.

Q :- If I feel any correction so what can I do ?
A :- You can write us return email along with correction note, our aim is 100 percent clients satisfaction.

Q :- What about payment mode ?
A :- At present we accept cash, bank deposit, online bank transfer only.

Q :- Do you accept Debit/Credit card ?
A :- No... not now.

Q :- Will I have to pay any advance amount after placing my order ?
A :- Yes you have to deposit 75% as advance money into our bank account and remaining amount will be deposited after painting approval.

Q :- How can I get the sketch / painting ?
A :- You can collect artwork from our studio or if you want it at your door step so you have to pay for conveyance also.

Q :- Do you ship the painting globally ?
A :- Yes we ship artwork around the globe.

Q :- What about courier charges ?
A :- No courier charges for those who prefer to Indian speed post service but who prefer to blue dart, first flight etc. so they have to pay extra amount.

Q :- What will be the extra courier amount for Indians if they prefer to blue dart or first flight etc.?
A :- It will depend on courier weight.

Q :- What about courier charges for european clients ?
A :-Foreigners clients will have to pay courier charges, no any free services for them yet.

Q :- How do you pack / ship the painting ?
A :- We use only tube method right now, painting reaches to you in best quality.

Q :- Can you arrange the framing ?
A :-Yes,  if you live around Delhi so we can provide you framing but you have to pay extra charges for framing and conveyance or you can collect this from our studio.
